Our extra-virgin olive oil is produced from the about 4000 plants of Ogliarola of the (river) Bradano, Coratina, Leccino, Carolea and Frantoio . All plants are cultivated and processed respecting our ecosystem , in order to meet the taste of a specialized clientele coming from various corners of the world . On the palate, our oil offers fresh herbaceous scents , such as green chicory and valerian, which makes it a perfect combination on fish and raw meat, thus intensifying its flavors.

Absolutely unique on all dishes: it releases pleasant scents of fresh olives and tomatoes, perfectly combining sweet tones with bitter and spicy ones. Its excellent chemical and organoleptic characteristics make it a healthy food, particularly suitable for infant feeding .
